Don't be a perfectionist. The more volume you generate, the more confortable you will become with your voice. And the faster you will write. Write like you speak. Then edit. Let loose of the monkey mind. That is, don't try to edit and write at the same time. Try stream of conscious writing. Try timed writing exercises. Most importanlty, do as I say not as I do.
